LEAD'S
I have learned that you should stay away from exaggeration in your leads; it doesn't make your lead stronger. You want to keep your leads simple. The more clear your lead is, the more your reader will be interested. If the point you want to make is obvious, it doesn't need to be stated. Think of the six basic questions when thinking up a lead: who, what, when, where, why, and how.

ReplyDeleteMistake: Your title should be plural not possessive; thus "leads" not "lead's".
