Criminal complaint against Jackson's doctor

Michael Jackson's doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, issued him the drug propofol for his chronic insomnia. That drug lowers your heart rate, blood pressure, and depresses breathing. Propofol is believed to be Jackson's cause of death. Prosecutors are looking to charge Murray with involuntary manslaughter.

*However, the phrasing "Prosecutors are looking to charge," is poor. It would be better to say something like "Prosecutors intend to charge."
